Practicalities:
- arrive at the base 30 minutes before the start
- briefing on the course + introduction to the start
- Very easy, very calm navigation over 4 km with the passage of 4 canoe slides.
- Arrival at Stop 5 and return by shuttle
- Return time to be decided before departure.
