Opening
From Saturday 21 to Sunday 22 September 2024 between 10 am and 7 pm.
To mark the European Heritage Days, the Château is offering a number of events to help you discover or rediscover this emblematic Aubenas site.
DETAILED PROGRAM :
All weekend long - All day:
- Flash visits: The château's mediation team welcomes you in the courtyard to guide you through the site and its exhibitions. (duration: 15 minutes - in French and English)
- Discover the Château and its exhibitions independently for the whole family, using a fun booklet specially designed for the European Heritage Days.
Saturday, September 21rst -
- All day : Meetings and exchanges: Discussions and poetry readings with the artist Ruben Brulat in the installation “Tu souffles tes strates sur toutes les mers” presented in the exhibition "Inhabiting the World". The artist will also be activating new artistic walks, proposing new itineraries to be discovered independently.
Sunday, September 22nd :
– 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. : Guided tours of the Château restoration project: The tour will be led by Laurent Volay, architect of the heritage from the Archipat agency, in charge of the Château renovation project (tour duration: 1h15 - only in French - limited number of places, please reserve by e-mail, specifying your chosen time slot: contact@lechateauaubenas.com).
