A destination with the "Accueil Vélo" label

The Gorges de l’Ardèche Pont-d’Arc Tourist Office has been awarded the “Accueil Vélo” label for 5 information offices: Bourg-Saint-Andéol, Ruoms, Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, Viviers and Vogüé. This means we can guarantee a warm welcome and services tailored to the needs of cycling holidaymakers.

Facilities and services

Among the facilities and services, you will find :

– A bike box where you can recharge your electric bike or simply store it (to be locked with your own padlock): in Bourg-Saint-Andéol at the ViaRhona break area (next to the town hall square), in Ruoms 500 m from the Tourist Office at Place de la Petite Vitesse / in Vallon next to the Tourist Office / in Vogüé behind the Tourist Office.

– A repair kit is available in all 5 offices.

– On request, we publish a list of the Tourist Office’s “Accueil Vélo” partners (restaurants, accommodation, bike hire and repair firms, tourist sites, etc.).

– We can provide you with :

a three-day weather forecast
cycle-friendly bus timetables
contact details for cycle-friendly taxis
cycle routes in the Gorges de l’Ardèche and Ardèche.

– A drinking water point and public toilets are less than 300 m from the 5 Information Offices in Bourg-Saint-Andéol, Ruoms, Vallon Pont d’Arc, Viviers and Vogüé.

The greenway is right next door!

Between Vogüé and Grospierres, a 22km itinerary has been laid out on the old railway line so that cyclists can cycle in complete safety. It’s called the Via Ardèche, and it’s a great way to cycle without any danger.

The Via Ardèche is 300 m from the information office in Ruoms and 500 m from the information office in Vogüé. From the Vallon Pont d’Arc information office, there are signs indicating how to get to the connecting route, so you can easily catch up with the green route.

The ViaRhôna is accessible between Viviers and Bourg-Saint-Andéol, on a 16km shared-use route.
