After a first chapter presented at the "École municipale des beaux-arts" / "galerie Édouard Manet in Gennevilliers", Le Château welcomes the second chapter of the exhibition "J'ai pleuré devant la fin d'un manga"*, with new works produced especially for the occasion. Through its salons, its bedroom and its dungeon, the home of a mysterious inhabitant is revealed as the visit progresses. Each room becomes a portal to worlds populated by manga avatars, magical chimeras and folktale characters. Like an echo of the transition from childhood to adulthood, from the cute to the strange, the exhibition invokes our capacity for empathy and perpetual transformation. This immersive exhibition features some 40 works by seven contemporary artists from Argentina, Canada, China, South Korea, France, Switzerland and the UK.

This exhibition is supported by Fluxus Art Projects.
