Autridge viewpoint can be found at the beginning of the tourist route along the Ardèche Gorges, and it’s the highest point for abseiling in Ardèche: it overlooks the river, over 200 m up above!

Are you ready for the highest abseiling experience in Ardèche? Let’s go! After a 5-minute walk from the car park, you will reach the first stage: a small “via corda” over a rocky ledge, to get to the relay. You’ve arrived: just under your feet is a 180 m drop…

Along with your guide, and comfortably equipped with your harness, with a seated support (you might as well be comfortable to really make the most of the amazing views!), you will begin abseiling down the spider’s web (that means you won’t be touching the cliff at all, you’ll be hanging in thin air).
